Set up payouts and understand when you get paid

Creio never holds your customers' money. Customers pay through Paystack and Paystack pays you.

Connect your number

During setup, or later in Settings, Payments, choose your network (MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo) and enter your mobile money number. We verify the number and show the account name.

Approval

New numbers are reviewed before you can take payments. Do this before you plan to launch.

When you are paid

Payouts happen on the next working day, typically between 8am and 12pm, and recently often shortly after 8am. Timing is controlled by Paystack. Weekends and public holidays can add a day.

The Payout card

The Overview page shows what you are owed, a countdown to the expected time and confirmed payouts. Until Paystack confirms a payout, the time shown is an estimate.

Why can't customers check out yet?

Your payout number is probably not approved yet. Check Settings, Payments.

Which network is supported?

MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo.
