Creio pricing
Creio is a flat monthly subscription. Every plan includes your online store, Mobile Money and card payments through Paystack, order and customer management, and SMS marketing tools. Start with a 7-day free trial and choose a plan when it ends.
Starter: GH₵59 a month
- 1 store with up to 100 products
- 100 SMS credits for SMS campaigns
- Monthly AI allowance for store setup, product descriptions, marketing copy and studio photos
- Orders, dispatch, customers, promo codes and analytics
Pro: GH₵99 a month
- Up to 4 stores with up to 300 products each
- 200 SMS credits for SMS campaigns
- A larger monthly AI allowance for store setup, product descriptions, marketing copy and studio photos
- Everything in Starter
Introductory offer
New subscribers get 15% off their first three paid months: GH₵50.15 a month for Starter or GH₵84.15 a month for Pro.
Free trial
Every new account starts with 7 days of Pro access. If you do not choose a plan when the trial ends, your account is locked, but your products, orders and customers are kept.
Payments and payouts
Customers pay with Mobile Money or card through Paystack. Paystack settles your sales directly to your mobile money, typically on the next business day between 8am and 12pm. Creio never holds your money.

What happens if I do not pick a plan after the trial?
Your account is locked until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Starter and Pro from Settings.
