Getting started with Creio

This guide takes you from sign-up to a live store.

1. Create your account

Go to creio.shop and choose Start free trial. Sign up with your email or continue with Google. Email sign-ups confirm their address by a link we send. Every new account starts with a 7-day trial with full Pro access.

2. Follow the setup steps

1. About you: your first name, phone number and what you plan to sell.
2. Your store: a name and an optional one-line description. Your store link is created from the name.
3. Pick a look: Classic, Fashion, Beauty, Electronics or Food. You can change it later.
4. Get paid: choose your mobile money network and enter your number, or skip and do it later in Settings.

3. Add your first product

A photo, a name and a price is enough to start. See Add products, variants and photos.

4. Publish

Only you can see your store until you publish it. When you are ready, use Publish store in your dashboard. You can unpublish at any time.

Frequently asked questions

How long does setup take?

About two minutes for the basics, then however long you need to add products.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

Setup does not ask for one. Choose a plan when your trial ends.
