What happens at checkout

1. The customer fills in their details and pays through Paystack.
2. Items in their cart are held for about 10 minutes while they pay.
3. When payment is confirmed, the order is marked paid, stock is updated and you get an alert.

Order status

Each paid order moves through four statuses: confirmed, preparing, dispatched and fulfilled. Update it as you go so the order record always shows where things are.

Customers

Customers are saved from their orders with their name, phone, email and total spend, so you can see who buys again.

Delivery promise

Add a delivery promise to your store so customers know what to expect before they pay.

The held items are released automatically and the order is marked as not paid.
